Knipp Custom Homes

Mr Herman Knipp does remodeling and custom restoration in addition to building new, custom, and spec homes. Mr. Knipp provides on site supervision and performs some of the construction phases.

Southfork is a recent building company organized to do custom building and real estate development consulting. At present, the company is working with our builders and creative solutions to obtain the latest in products and building materials. Our aim is to provide our builders the most up-to-date building technology available in a continuing effort to provide our home buyers with quality and efficient workmanship.
